Below is my list of QB's. I won't give me reason behind all of them but I will write about a few sleepers below.

As you get down around QB's 10 -15, they make would make a great 2 QB combo although many have a bye in week 8 (Kolb, Cutler, E. Manning, Flacco, Ryan) but pair them with (Palmer, McNabb, Henne, Big Ben). These QB's should not go until round 6 but should pay off big time for you.

My late round sleeper is Matt Stafford. He has a good crew of receivers and would be great to pair with a top QB (no Schaub, P. Manning)
